 3 packets HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Cocoa Mix
 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

In a large bowl, add the heavy whipping cream and cocoa mix.

Whip the mixture on high for 3-4 minutes or until stiff peaks form.

Use immediately or cover tightly and chill in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
