COOKIES ‘N’ CREME Cocoa Bars

These no-bake COOKIES ‘N’ CREME Cocoa Bars are creamy, chocolatey, and packed with cookie crunch — an easy sweet treat you can whip up in minutes.

Ingredients

 1 packet of HERSHEY’S COOKIES ‘N’ CREME Cocoa Mix
 1 pkg (14.3 oz) chocolate creme sandwich cookies, divided
 ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
 6 oz light cream cheese, softened
 2 tbsp granulated sugar
 1 cup heavy whipping cream
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Directions

Put chocolate creme sandwich cookies in the food processor and crumble them.

Combine chocolate creme sandwich cookie crumbs and melted butter.

Spread in an 8 × 8 or 9 × 9 inch square baking pan and press with your fingers to form a layer.

In a large bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks.

In a separate large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy.

Add vanilla & cocoa mix and beat until combined.

Add whipped cream and mix with spatula.

Add condensed milk and mix.

Gently fold in crushed chocolate creme sandwich cookies.

Spread evenly over the chocolate creme sandwich cookie layer & top with chocolate creme sandwich cookie crumbs.

Freeze for at least two hours before serving.
