Frozen Fudge Pops
Enjoy the yumminess of homemade fudge popsicles. Creamy cocoa goodness frozen to perfection, a tasty treat for any cocoa lover.

In a medium pot, add the sugar, cocoa mix, corn starch, and milk and whisk until combined.
Over medium heat, stir the mixture constantly, until smooth and slightly thickened. Approximately 9-12 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour mixture into molds and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
To unmold, run the bottom of the mold under warm water and wiggle the stick to remove the popsicle.
