ALMOND JOY Sundae
Sundae, meet candy bar. This dreamy ALMOND JOY delight combines the flavors of coconut, chocolate, and vanilla into one scoopable treat.
Ingredients
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup light corn syrup
2 packets (1.25 oz) ALMOND JOY Cocoa Mix
2 tbsp butter, unsalted
2 scoops (4 oz) vanilla ice cream

In a medium saucepan, heat heavy cream and light corn syrup over medium heat and stir in the cocoa mix for 2 minutes or until dissolved. Boil for 3 minutes or until it reaches 220℉.

Remove from heat and stir in the butter until combined.

Scoop ice cream into a bowl and pour the ALMOND JOY sauce over the top. Serve immediately.
