In a medium saucepan, heat heavy cream and light corn syrup over medium heat and stir in the cocoa mix for 2 minutes or until dissolved. Boil for 3 minutes or until it reaches 220℉.
Remove from heat and stir in the butter until combined.
Scoop ice cream into a bowl and pour the ALMOND JOY sauce over the top. Serve immediately.
